SHENZHEN, March 20, 2026 — Vivo has officially put an end to the speculation surrounding its next high-performance flagship. The company confirmed today that the Vivo X300s will make its grand debut in China on March 30, launching alongside the much-anticipated X300 Ultra.

Note: Industry analysts point to a typical 6–8 week gap. For context, the previous X300 and X300 Pro arrived in India in December 2025 after an October China launch. MediaTek Dimensity 9500: The 3nm Powerhouse

Estimated Starting Price: ₹54,990 to ₹59,990 (for the 12GB + 256GB variant).

Fresh Geekbench leaks (Model V2548A) reveal that the X300s will be among the first devices to use the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. Built on a cutting-edge 3nm process, the processor features a "Prime" core clocked at a staggering 4.21GHz.

Availability

"The X300s isn't just a minor refresh; it's a statement on how much power we can pack into a refined, flat-screen flagship," a Vivo product manager shared on Weibo.
