CAP India is a growing organization of 1000+. We are looking for a Business Administrator to help transform the organization, drive up employee engagement and shape the business strategy. This role has good growth potential and will be directly responsible for organizational culture and impact.

Responsibilities
Rhythm of Business (RoB)
- Define, prepare, and setup ROB in consultation withthe leadership team.
- Taking meeting notes and tracking action items to closure.
